With fresh bread, pastries, sandwiches, daily specials and coffee, its become quite a popular stop for Dripping residents. If you’re new to the area, or want to hear about Dripping Springs from the locals, this is one of the best spots to meet new people.

Rolling in Thyme and Dough has some daily specials and soups. My favorite is their roast beef sandwich. You get your choice of bread. Since its all made fresh, you can’t make a bad choice. I also love to try one of their homemade pastries for dessert.
